Library, Schools & Transportation: Where we at wsg George Walker and Graped Out

Join Jeremy and Lorelei Moore at their home in Eastown for a casual evening of entertainment featuring food and drinks from George Walker's Graped Out. RSVP here.

Host committee is Gene Sueing, Julio Villalobos, Anil Venkatesh, and Adnoris Torres.

This event is in support of Equity PAC, and a fun opportunity to bring others who might be interested in getting involved.

We will feature a brief program with remarks from CEO Andrew Johnson of The Rapid, Marla Ehlers of the Grand Rapids Public Libary, and Elizabeth Welch, VP of the East Grand Rapids Public Schools school board on behalf of the Kent Intermediate School District. They will be informing what is next for these public goods? In 2017 Equity PAC helped pass numerous millages such as the Grand Rapids Public Library Millage Levy Renewal, the GRPS Non-Homestead Operating Millage, the Transit Millage Renewal, and the Strong Schools Strong Communities Regional Enhancement Millage. What has this done for the people that need it most in our community?

This will be a fundraiser. The suggested amount is $50 or to pledge $5 a month. You can either give here prior, or there will be an ask at the event. We encourage online giving as that reduces our administrative overhead and reporting.
